Tata Sky has decreased the price of its Tata Sky Binge+ set-top box in India. The price of the superior STB that was decreased to Rs. 3,999. The set-top box was launched at Rs. 5,999, and this also usually means a price cut of Rs. 2,000 was released by the DTH provider. Aside from users looking for a new Tata Sky Binge+ link, this new reduction is applicable to most present Tata Sky users who wish to update or select Binge+ to Multi-TV link as well. The price of this Tata Sky Binge+ update offer has also been slashed from Rs. 5,999 to Rs. 3,999.
The new price reflects on the company site and new clients can now buy it for Rs. 3,999, rather than its launched price of Rs. 5,999. To recall, the Tata Sky Binge+ Android TV-powered set-top box was started in January this year. The set-top box supports the Google voice assistant and Google Play.
Tata Sky has also added three weeks of Amazon Prime subscription for free. After the free Tata Sky Binge subscription is over, subscribers will need to pay Rs. 249 per month for constant access. Likewise, for Amazon Prime video access after three months, readers will have to pay out Rs. 129 a month.
For existing Tata Sky consumers who wish to update or add Binge+ to get a multi-TV links, the cost has also been cut into Rs. 3,999. The purchase price for an update was previously set to Rs. 5,999, which has also seen a reduction of Rs. 2,000. DreamDTH was the first to place this offer.
