Motorola Edge+ will Start in India on May 19, according to a teaser on Flipkart.
The telephone was launched last month, along with the Motorola Edge, and marks the organization's return to the flagship smartphone area. Motorola India chief had earlier promised to bring Edge+ to the Indian market shortly and now, we understand that May 19 are the date of the launch. The Flipkart list also suggests it may be exclusive to e-retailer in India, at least online.
Motorola Edge+ availability and expected price
The Motorola Edge+ shop page on Flipkart shows the phone is going to be unveiled on May 19 at 12pm (noon). The list does not reveal any details concerning the price of this phone. To recall, the Motorola Edge+ was launched at $999 (approximately Rs. 75,300) at the US. Together with the actual launching only a couple of days off, we will not have to wait for long to get the official details.
Motorola Edge+ specifications
Motorola Edge+ runs Android 10 using a near-stock user interface (UI). The Motorola flagship phone packs a curved 6.7-inch full-HD+ OLED display with 90Hz refresh speed and HDR10+ certificate. Under the hood, it is powered with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC and 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. For photos and videos, the phone features a 108-megapixel main camera, a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, an 8-megapixel telephoto camera, and a Time of Flight (ToF) sensor. On the front, there's a 25-megapixel selfie shooter.
Motorola Edge+ includes 256GB of non-expandable UFS 3.0 storage plus packs a 5,000mAh battery using 18W fast charging, 15W wireless charging, and 5W reverse wireless charging service. The phone comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor and keeps the 3.5mm headphone jack.
